What are Content Pillars? Get a better social media strategy

Looking for a content creator here in the United States? We are Located on the Wasatch Front in Utah and providing elite content for business owners who want to be less stressed when it comes to posting content.

So what do we know about content pillars? A lot.

Was this blog written by A.I.? NOPE. Hang on tight, and don't miss any spelling errors.

Let's talk about what content pillars are... They're guidelines. Plain and simple.

You know the bumpers you can add to your bowling aisle to help guide your bowling ball?

SAME CONCEPT and they're one of the most useful things you can add to your marketing strategy.

Q: How many content pillars should you have?

I recommend 4.

Q: What 4 content pillars should I include?

I would focus on Education, Entertainment, Inspiration and Promotion.

Q: What if I have a podcast?

That would fall under education or Entertainment.

Q: what inspirational content should I include?

My favorite piece of content to use for this part would be easy to share quotes online that people would resonate with. Assuming you have your 'tone of voice' figured out, you can make these easy shareable pieces on content that matches your brand.

Q: What other educational content should I post?

You can show BTS clips, you can answer frequently asked questions either by yourself, in a post, or maybe even interview another worker and ask things to educate your audience.

Q: What if I educate people who will just do the job?

In my opinion... So what? The people who want to contact you (assuming you're a service based business) will contact you. Your reviews aren't theirs... Your networking isn't theirs... Something they can take away from you. PLUS if you're educating DIYers, leave that there.

Your target audience is not a DIY person.

Q: How do I promote in my content?

An easy solution here is to film testimonial videos, before and after shots, mastermind classes you may host, etc.

Photos can be educational.

Recently I made a flyer for a client and we wanted to show that the event was for youth, but anyone was really welcome. The flyer included an image of some teens walking and another image featured something the brand did.

Just like this photo above.

The brand wants to show you that every mug is different and there is gold paint included in each mug; by showing off the product photos, that easily answers the question about what the products look like.
